Sanyo SCP-2700 Availability
The Sanyo SCP-2700 for Sprint is an inexpensive, messaging-centric candy bar phone that is loaded with high-end features. Built for sophisticated texters, the SCP-2700 has a full QWERTY keyboard, T9 predictive text entry, and a threaded, chat-style view of messages. It also offers internet, personal and corporate email, and even the new Social Zone application, for easy access to your favorite social networking sites. Concealed in the slim, Impulsive Pink or Deep Blue SCP-2700 is a 1.3 megapixel camera for picture messaging as one more way to stay connected with friends and family.

There are two major, authorized, online cell phone retailers, LetsTalk and WireFly. Both are reputable and safe to order your new phone through.
Both of these stores offer much better deals than you would find at the carrier's own websites and stores. The savings will be in the up front costs, as the monthly price of the cell phone plan will be the same no matter where you purchase it from.
Sometimes these deals will require the addition of a data plan subscription, which many people would get anyway. If you don't need the data plan, you can discontinue it after six months and you will still come out ahead on the overall price.
The Sanyo SCP-2700 Pink is Free with the purchase of a new Sprint plan at both LetsTalk and WireFly, and is available at a same or lesser discount with a plan renewal.
Everything else being the same, I would suggest using LetsTalk. They often have an extra promotion you can participate in for addtional savings.
